Web Login

To log in to CubePlus web, follow these steps:

  1. Visit cubeplus cubeplus.tradejini.com.
  2. Enter your mobile number → tap Get OTP.
  3. Enter the OTP received on your phone.
  4. On first login, you’ll be prompted to set a 4-digit PIN.

Next time, just log in using PIN for quick access.

To verify the user’s identity, the application uses a secure OTP-based authentication process in compliance with security standards. During login, a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) is sent to the user’s registered mobile number. After the first successful login, users are required to set a 4-digit PIN, which can be used for faster and secure access in future logins.

Instant Web Login via QR Code

CubePlus also lets users login using QR codes, allowing users to access the web platform without entering a password. Follow these steps:

  1. Open CubePlus Web: Navigate to cubeplus.tradejini.com.

  2. Generate QR Code: On the login page, locate and click on the "Login with QR" option to display a unique QR code.

  3. Open CubePlus Mobile App: Launch the CubePlus app on your mobile device.

Scan QR Code: Within the app, go to the "Accounts" section and select "Login with QR" Use the app's scanner to scan the QR code displayed on the web login page.

Automatic Login: Upon successful scanning, your web session will be authenticated, granting you immediate access without the need to manually enter your Mobile No. or Password/PIN.

Mobile Login

To log in to CubePlus mobile, follow these steps:

  1. Download CubePlus mobile app from play store or Apple store.
  2. Open CubePlus and enter your mobile number
  3. Tap on Get OTP and Enter the OTP received on your phone.
  4. On first login, you’ll be prompted to set a 4-digit PIN.
  5. (Optional) Turn on Fingerprint / Face ID when asked.

Next time, just log in using PIN (or Fingerprint/Face ID) for quick access.

Forgot PIN

Upon forgetting the password, users can click on ‘Forgot PIN’ in the login screen.

  1. Users are required to submit User ID, PAN, and Date of Birth.
  2. Upon submission, they will receive a ‘Reset PIN’ SMS with a temporary PIN.
  3. Once user enters it, they will be asked to reset the PIN before continuing.
  4. Users have to retype the temporary PIN and give a new PIN to reset.

Password/PIN Policy

The application enforces the following PIN requirements:

  • Login Requirements: Users must provide a Mobile Number, OTP, and utilize two-factor authentication (2FA) with a valid OTP / Biometric to log in.
  • Initial Login: A PIN change is mandatory for first-time users.
  • Password History: New PIN cannot match any of the previous three PINs.
  • Failed Login Attempts: After three consecutive incorrect PIN attempts, users will be auto blocked and must reset their PIN via an administrator or the "Forgot PIN" option.
  • PIN Length: PIN must be 4 digits.
  • User-Initiated Changes: Users can change their PIN from settings at any time as needed.
